This is the easiest and the simplest way to lose weight while sitting on your couch whole day and it happens to be one of my favorite too.

All you need is apple cider vinegar and a cup of plain water.  Just add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and drink this half an hour before breakfast and your belly fats will reduce.

Just make sure not to used too much of vinegar. Drink this one or twice a week for a month and your weight will gradually reduce. This is because apple cider vinegar increases the metabolism in the body.

  1. Neem leaves:

The next best thing to apple cider vinegar is neem leaves. Neem has so many health benefits besides losing weight and when it comes to losing weight, neem is a permanent weight loss tips.

If you drink neem leaves everyday for a month or two, then your body will never gain weight. This is true! I’m not joking. It happens to my brother. Even when he stops drinking neem leaves he remains fit and slim.

Besides neem leaves reduces the chance of skin cancer, prevent stomach upset, heal heart disease, diabetes and gum diseases to name just a few.

So, just boil neem leaves and drink it every day for a month and you’re fit to go.

  1. Brisk walking:

Even if you are feeling lazy to do exercise, having a morning walk might interest you, if you are a health conscious. Morning is the best way to get fresh air for your lungs and body.

Brisk walking in the morning for 5-10 minutes will help you shed your pound. You can also walk your way home rather than taking a cab. It strengthens the muscles, the heart and releases body fats.

Green tea is rich in antioxidants and polyphenols. It helps fight cancer, reduce inflammation and help reduce weight loss.

Take green a glass of green tea every morning to combat health and weight side by side. It is the healthiest beverage in the world. With many bio active compounds, it increase immunity, boosts brain functions and keeps the body fit and slim.

Holistic care includes meditation, natural care, and natural remedies by looking through an individual as a whole being to solve body-soul related issue.
